Did you know Baking Paper is treated with a non stick coating (I have never managed to find out what though)??? and you use it at high temperatures!!! Well as soon as I found that out I went on the search for safe, biodegradable ones and I found these. They are brilliant, I just wipe them off and use them multiple times if they aren't too dirty.

Made from unbleached totally chlorine-free (TCF) greaseproof paper so no chlorine or chlorine derivatives are dumped into our lakes, rivers and streams. The cardboard packaging is recycled and unbleached, and the inks for printing are vegetable based making the product vegetarian and vegan friendly - Nice
Use Baking Paper for baking, roasting, reheating and wrapping. Microwave-safe and oven safe up to 428°F/220°C.
